COVID-19 Update: Doors Open and Masks Recommended

To Our Valued Clients,
Since Tuesday, March 15th, 2022 our doors have been open to our clients. It has been amazing being able to see and speak with you in person! While we don’t have a mandatory mask policy for our clients, we do ask that you bring a mask with you to your appointment. Our appointments are done in fairly close quarters, so for our comfort and yours, we prefer that all parties have a mask on in that situation.

To Our Valued Clients and Patients,
Although the province is beginning to re-open, we will be continuing to operate with a locked-door policy. While we miss seeing all of our wonderful clients, we want to ensure we are doing our part to minimize the spread of COVID-19 while still staying healthy enough to serve our beloved patients. Please continue to call ahead for medication and diet refills by curbside pick-ups. We do ask that you pay with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or e-transfer whenever possible as contactless payment is preferred. We will continue operating with reduced business hours for the time being but do anticipate being able to go back to normal hours in the future.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are still here for you and your pet!

Dear Valued Clients,
Yesterday Premier Doug Ford announced that all non-essential services must close by end of day today. Since this announcement, we have received numerous inquiries as to whether we will be able to remain open. We are very happy to report, the list of essential businesses was released last night and veterinarians are currently considered essential. We are able to continue to provide necessary services to you and your beloved fur family.
We will continue with our locked door policy to ensure we are doing our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 to you, your family and our team. When possible, we will ask that you remain in your car. When you have arrived for your appointment, or to pick up product, please call us (519-648-9738) from your vehicle. One of our team members will assist you and your pet.
